    Please Note: The outer shell of this unit is relatively soft, which may result in minor cosmetic imperfections. However, these do not affect the performance of the calorifier.

    SureCal calorifiers are crafted from high-quality materials to ensure both efficiency and reliability. This model utilizes advanced drop coil technology in conjunction with an immersion heater to warm the stored water. The inclusion of a finned surface heat exchanger allows for superior heat recovery.

    The calorifier efficiently uses heat from your engine's cooling system to warm the clean water in your onboard water system. It also features a standard thermostatic mixer valve, which can increase hot water capacity by up to 25%.

    For optimal operation of your hot water system, consider adding a few essential components to complete your water circle. These include:

    1. Expansion Tank: Protects closed water heating and domestic hot water systems from pressure spikes. Install it as close to the calorifier as possible. For RV, campervan, or mobile home use, a 2-liter or 5-liter expansion tank is generally sufficient.

    2. Accumulator Tank: Consists of a water chamber and a pre-pressurized air bladder, installed on the pressurized side of the water pump. It helps to dampen pressure spikes, conserve battery power, reduce pump cycling, and extend pump lifespan.

    3. Water Pump: Essential for running water in RVs. A 30PSI water pump is typically adequate for a comfortable flow for everyday tasks.

    Our UK regular courier delivery service is provided by UPS but we may use other courier companies depending on where you live in the UK, to enable us to get you the best price and fastest service. Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will also be informed by the delivery company, then you will receive your order by the end of the next working day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. Please aware that our courier service is based on a next day service only, but in some areas in the UK it may take up 2 days depending on your location. A signature will be required. Please note: at the checkout area an additional surcharge may be added on top of our base UK postage rate from UPS, depending on what zone you live in. This additional amount is billed to us direct from our carrier, as they class these areas as remote. The additional surcharges only apply to parcels sent via UPS, £8.23 for Zone 2 and £11.22 for Zone to the postcodes outlined in this document.

    1 Hour predict service
    When we use UPS  to send your parcels out, they will provide all our customers with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so they don't have to wait in all day, plus a list of inflight options, so you have more control over your delivery.  

    Royal Mail
    Our standard UK delivery service is with the Royal Mail 24 Hour service and once dispatched it will be with you between 1 to 3 working days. Royal Mail 48 Hour will take 2-3 days A signature is not required. All overseas orders up to 1kg will go out via Royal Mail international Track and Signed service, please allow 3-5 daysA signature will be required.

    How do I return an item?

    If you wish to return goods, you must inform Mellor Online of your intention to return your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.

    You will then receive confirmation from Mellor Online and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back for refund in an unused, unopened condition.

    Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods are not received we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Mellor Online from your nominated courier.

    CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS - from our Online shop

    You have the right to cancel your order within a 14 (fourteen) day "cooling off period", which starts the day after you receive your items.

    If you wish to cancel under the UK Consumer Protections (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, you must inform Mellor Online of your intention to cancel your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.

    You will then receive confirmation from Mellor Online and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back in a re-saleable condition.

    Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a
    request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Mellor Online from your nominated courier.

    If you are unable to arrange a return, please contact us. We can arrange collection on your behalf but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your refund total.

    If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.

    Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to Mellor Online for refund following receipt of goods by customer.

    We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.
